Kick, punch, stretch…laugh!
Whether you consider yourself to be a couch potato or an advanced athlete, our
classes will challenge your body and your mind at a level appropriate for you.
As you learn to twist, balance, and move your body in ways you never thought
possible, we guarantee a laugh or two…or more…
When
you’ve got two or more months of experience, you’ll
work on your basic kicks, but will learn some flashy moves, too. (These
make great party tricks.)
Getting more confident in your technique? Now it’s time to get really flashy. After watching a class,
one kickboxing mom’s 8 year old daughter said, “I
can not believe the things my mother can do with her body!”
If you've been at it a while, you might be ready to show your friends that you’re a
superhero. We’ll work on jumping, spinning and flying in
these classes. (For safety reasons, please only wear your mask and cape
outside of class.)
Everyone is welcome in our kickboxing classes. They are a
great way to see a variety of skill levels in action. We have a lot to
learn from each other!
BEGINNERS: Come
in for any class. Our instructors work with each participant at
the level most appropriate to them. Wear comfortable workout
clothes.
